1、 Scope of application
This
refund and return policy applies to all customers who purchase chip products on
Xinze Mall.
2、 Return conditions
1.
Quality issues: If the chip product received by the customer has functional
faults, manufacturing defects, or serious quality issues that do not match the
product description, they can apply for a return within [7] working days from
the date of receipt of the goods. Customers are required to provide detailed
problem descriptions and relevant supporting materials (such as photos, test
reports, etc.).

Misdelivery: If the chip product received by the customer does not match the
model and specifications ordered in the order, they can apply for a return or
exchange within [7] working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
3. The
following situations are not applicable for returns:
The
product has been used, disassembled, damaged, or has problems due to improper
customer storage.
The
customer requests a return due to their own reasons (such as procurement
errors, changes in demand, etc.), but the product has no quality issues.
Exceeding
the prescribed return deadline.
3、 Return process
1.
Application: Customers are required to log in to their online store account
within the specified time frame that meets the return criteria, submit a return
application on the order details page, and fill in the reason for the return
and relevant explanations.

Review: Our customer service personnel will conduct a review within [2] working
days after receiving the return request. If approved, the customer will receive
a return notice and return address; If the review fails, the customer service
representative will explain the reason to the customer.

Return of products: Customers should use reliable logistics methods to return
the chip products to the designated address within [3] working days after
receiving the return notice, and keep the logistics tracking number and
relevant documents.

Acceptance: After receiving the products returned by the customer, this mall
will conduct acceptance within [3] working days. If the product meets the
return criteria, it will enter the refund process; If the return conditions are
not met, our store will communicate with the customer and negotiate a solution.
4、 Refund method and time
1.
Refund method: The refund will be processed according to the customer's
original payment method. If the original payment method cannot be operated,
this mall will negotiate with the customer for other refund methods.
2.
Refund time: Within 5 working days after the product is accepted, this mall
will complete the refund operation. The actual arrival time may vary depending
on the processing time of the payment institution and bank.
5、 Precautions
1.
Returned products must maintain their original packaging intact, with complete
accessories, instructions, labels, etc.
2. For returns caused by quality issues or reasons
within our store, the return shipping cost will be borne by our store; If the
return is caused by the customer's own reasons, the return shipping cost shall
be borne by the customer themselves.
